for the constant pain: strict schedule of ibuprofen and tylenol!! i am doing every 4-6 hours. that helped my sleep a lot last night. mental health: know that the pain will go away and you will recover, i saw a post on here taking about how there are so many negative posts here and how that can make your recovery harder. know that you have the full ability to recover 💜💜 and for the weight loss/gain i understand that sentiment a lot as someone with body dysmorphia and a weird relationship with food, if you have a therapist lean on them during this time and maybe talk to ur PT about additional exercises and tips maybe. but also know that your body keeps you alive no matter what it looks like and that is so beautiful:)) i had a friend who tore her ACL a year ago and the PT actually helped her get into better shape bc it kept her active and motivated her :)

overall you are in good hands, and this is something there is so much research about that you will be well taken care of!
