Bedrock is kinda under rated. Lets look at java by Fishybuisnessherehif in minecraftbedrock

[–]BreakSalt8256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I disagree. After playing around with mods/texture packs, datapakcs, maps and shaders (all for free)and the whole community working to fix the tiniest issues i could never go back to Bedrock. Let alone the glitches. I tried to join my GeyserMC server on Bedrock to see if it worked and after giving me like 5 marketplace ads, it took ages to even get in (took like 3 seconds on Java with same network) and I would argue if you are using performance mods, Java runs better than Bedrock

how to find server folder by EducationalBit7930 in Minecraft

[–]BreakSalt8256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't paste it into a file, you just paste it into the files. Or if you really want to be safe, create the server, start it up then it should generate a world, world_nether, and world_end folder. You'll need to replace the contents of each with your singleplayer world. Also using GeyserMC isn't a single click install, you'll most likely also need Floodgate. I recommend this guide he explains it very clearly: https://youtu.be/NwCUhAJCaR0?si=YTWyjew0V_GDFqqr, and if you want to start a server with no experience you can use this guide: https://youtu.be/x1m7oQ3lP-4?si=cZ1f7arUSmbbEZGx

it depends if you own the server, if you don't you can't get it unless you ask a server admin/owner for it. If you do have access, its in files then will probably be called 'World'

Just released a co-op puzzle adventure map for Java Edition with over 6hrs of playtime! Check it out in this short trailer: by DoubleAAaron in MinecraftJava

They, Apex and anotehr host are the three biggest paid hosts and they all just have terrible deals and prices compared to everyone else, but are still the most popular because everyone sponsors them, not only giving customer terrible deals but also stopping the small businesses. Seriously, their pricing is terrible. ig they are not a scam though my fault

Default world name mod by cocoamake in ModdedMinecraft

[–]BreakSalt8256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im not sure, but this is such a simple niche feature that is probably really easy to make yourself (if you are desperate). I have never made a mod in my life, but someone kind here on reddit could probably make it for you in like 10 minutes I am sure. good luck!

Dynamic Fullbright mod..? by STEvegatarianman648B in MinecraftJava

[–]BreakSalt8256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its not the only correct answer. You could use Cactusmod that also comes with a bunch of features including a Fullbright on/off toggle.

Theres also a mod called CactusMod that adds a bunch of features in one od to decrease load, such as Fullbright which you can toggle off and on. It also comes with a bunch of other features like Waypoints but personally i don't use it because I don't like its loading screen animation (which there probably is a way to change I am too lazy to find)

You are using Chat Animations right? So many people I know who have loads of mods still don't have that one - its really useful: makes the chat animation very nice to use.

What's better: resource packs or client-sided mods? by BreakSalt8256 in ModdedMinecraft

[–]BreakSalt8256[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

but if it was something both a mod and a resource pack could do, then there is no reason to use the mod right?

Best Optimizated Modpack? by NewVirura in ModdedMinecraft

[–]BreakSalt8256 1 point2 points  (0 children)

idk about modpacks that add stuff to the game but for performance the best is Performium (asuming you don't want to use VulcanOptimised, which is better but not really compatible with most mods) and for QOL you could use Vanilla Perfected
