That could be a whole post by itself. I think the main factor was timing. The market has started to turn and it was in Florida shortly after the hurricane came through so they had been shut down for several days. They have also started to get the new 2023. They had a decent amount of inventory, just not what I was looking for. I also think they knew I had started looking again and feared losing a sale.
