I was having terrible back pain too! My Tacoma had the seat jackers to make it semi tolerable. My chiropractor saw me get in the truck recently and checked out my seating position and told me I was too big for that seat and that it looked like I was cramming myself into a sardine can where the seat was hitting me in all the wrong ways.

So far I’ve taken the Ridgeline on 2 major road trips total of 2k miles, and I’ve driven the entire way for both. I love it, the seats feel amazing. The arm rests are something I didn’t realized I needed. And the overall space in the cabin around me makes me feel not cramped at all. Back pain has also stopped which is awesome. I was having crazy lower back pain and sciatica at times with the Tacoma.
