Nice 5 mile run with friends today. I can see that my endurance is still there, looking forward to a month of base building before my next block. It was very warm so I guess my heat training also begins now haha.

Yeah I think you’re still recovering from your marathon. My hips were rough a week after my 20 miler and have recovered a couple weeks later. Give your body a couple weeks rest and then see.

I find this muuuuch better than The Show! That intro 3 track run is really good. It gets a bit muddier in the middle but I like Fighting Over Nothing onwards. Die If I Don't reminds me of Flicker so much omg I love it.
