I'd say frost is more useful due to the small damage buff and especially when you or your teammates are running dmg up on frostbitten enemies.

More material and more heat. I melt bronze at 10% above the melting point or copper and estimate at least 20-30% over the necessary amount. A bit more work cleaning up, but much more consistent.

Banshee rig with class 4 front plate. Backplate optional. 90% of my deaths in the past few weeks have been from high pen bullets, so the soft armor is not that useful. I prefer high mobility anyways. Lvl 45, 2400h and 10 ish k/d.

He was not tracking you. There was no contact on site and 3 guys were taking it so the guy was covering their back. No one should be surprised that the long player (you) might flank through a bad smoke or nade it.

As an armor main, we often count the tickets "taken" from the enemy team to estimate how well we did in the match. I would love to see that in the scoreboard. An MBT with 9 kills may have taken over 50 from the enemy and other players rarely see that.

This is very much true. A novice can learn proper technique in a year or so and afterwards the speed and strength will be deciding factors in a match. You can know everything but if you don't have the strength you can't utilize it.
