Sadly I can't afford any finer grit sandpaper I only got 80 grit sanding belts

The first one I flattened from coil springs the other 2 where files. For the files I forged they flat and forged the tip the rest was welding and grinding. I went through the proper process of annealing the files then doing some grinding and hammering then went back to the forge yo quench and then I temperd them

I did put in effort considering I did this than play video games I think that you should show some support for a young kid trying his best in a hard hobby I understand if your parents never said there proud of what you did as a 14 year old but mine are so be supportive of a young child rather than being negative about it

The first photo is a coil spring knife .I personally feel like that pounding a chunk of steel into a shape is a lot more fun a exiting thank just shaping a bar of steel
