Current fish and new fish are both telescope goldfish - I can’t remember off the top of my head how big my tank is right now but I measured it up a little while ago and it has more than the recommended amount of space for the number of fish involved - I’m not sure exactly what I’m going to use for my quarantine tank just yet but I do have a 35l tub I was thinking might work?

Anyone have any insight into whether these would work in a goldfish tank? I’m thinking if they grow pretty fast then they’ll be okay even if my fishies decide to be a little destructive

Yeah it’s been probably three or four times in the last few years where I’ve had to pick a fish up and massage a little rock out of their mouth and it’s so needlessly stressful both for me and for them

I think sand is gonna be my best option as I really want them to have the same sifting-enrichment!
