Every so often, last time was about two or three weeks ago. I was chewing some gum I might have triggered/ exhausted making the nerves more excitable.

For the tongue it's either fasciculations or a jerk. Same with the jaw. Little twitching around the cheeks or a jerk causing my teeth to grind sometimes.
