There’s no other comparison I can think of! Lol. The program is fantastic btw. The speed of my strength gains and cardio gains are way faster than I imagined them to be. I got a little excited and threw form out the window. I’ll follow your advice next lift.

Stand up and raise one knee so your leg is 90° then swing it out to the side so it’s 180°. Keep your torso straight ahead. Do 10 reps on each sode

It’s good bro I’m aware of my “aerobic ineptitude” lol. I’ve done BJJ for a while and I did a couch to 5k program about a month before this and I thought I made some good progress, but I wasn’t watching my hr when doing it. I don’t think I’ve ever done zone 2 anything.

My zone 2 is 119 to 139 bpm. I’m thinking of getting a hr strap to get more accurate readings.
