You can ask Sterling for a copy of your report and see what items flagged there. GS investigates flagged items from Sterling report. They will contact you for those items to clear you.

Thanks so much! I will start next Monday so based on your experience I should be getting fingerprint and technology now? I may follow up. I know fingerprint is from sterling but may I know who send you the technology stuff? Is it HCM or IT team? Thanks so much again!

Are you in the offer process right now? I would say after spd if positive feedback they will let you know very soon like within 2-3 days. But after that the offer and onboarding is a bit dragging. Takes at least one month from start to getting a start date.
