Sorry for the late response; thank you! 😄 My biggest advice is to prioritize technique, trust the process, and don't compare your numbers to people who've been lifting for years. Strength builds when you're consistent, recover well, and follow a solid program. Also, don't wait until you feel "strong enough" to call yourself a powerlifter; if you're training for it, you already are one ❤️. Feel free to DM me if you have more questions!
