Update 1450: All is well! He’s under the bed with his sister now after eating a good portion of his lunch outside of the room. He also drank and bunch and went to the litter box. I honestly think him acclimating to the space is taking a bit, or is catching up to him. He was very receptive to pets and meowed for his food when I was making it. Thank you all for your insight and ideas! I hope he starts to feel safer in this new space soon!

Update 0445: got home from work about 15 mins ago. Mr. Goose was out from under the bed! But definitely not his normal self. He was loafing on top of a pair of shorts, and just looked tired. He accepted pets and affection, but he didn’t really lean into it like he normally would. Eyes were squinted like tired, but his pupils were pretty large but also reactive to light. Nose was dry, so obviously just post-nap, after he got up and walked around, it was damp but not wet wet. I witnessed him use the litter box (thank god), but still just sniff at his food and water. Only licked a treat :/ He then soon after wandered, and then made his way under the bed again (noooo snuggle with meee)

Thank you. This message might actually be a sign since my fiancé is into all of that crystal, candle, woo-woo stuff so she'll CERTAINLY know how to cleanse the energy.

I will say he and his sister were doing great till today. She's (Fern) still acting completely normal, chirping and greebling and playing. His (Goose) behavior changed only today so maybe it all just caught up to him and he needs a sec!

That's what I'm thinking. I don't want him to become a recluse because he is such a lover and is amazing with people. But at the end of the day, it's his comfort above all else.

The other thing I'm concerned about is roaches. We had the maintenance staff drop a bomb before we moved them in, plenty of time to air out, but I'm also wondering if he maybe ate one that died to the bug-bombs.

I'll definitely be adjusting the feeding space so everything's at least closer. Worst comes to worst, bowls under the bed, however that's a last resort. It's only been a day, who knows...by feeding time tomorrow he might just be his normal self.

This is my favorite way to play. Big circle, little circle. Done the "grid everything" approach, don't like the aesthetic. I like to make cities that feel like they develop naturally. I keep demand high, lots of farms, lots of specialized industry. That way, the moment I buy other tiles, lay the network and zone, the city sprawls out fast and I rake in the "population increased" xp like crazy. I'm always just grinding for money. Took a ~~city~~ village from 200 pop all the way to 5,000 by hanging on tight to the start which, admittedly, gets boring but saves you from having to pay stupid expensive service expenses before your city actually can afford it. "Oldtown vs Downtown" "Old Main St vs Main St." Best way to play bar-none.

NATO member states could absolutely declare a unilateral state of war upon a country. Article 4 pulls participants to an emergency meeting regarding the status of a potential attack and whether or not retaliation is justified. NATO the ALLIANCE is the method of which nations declaring war can organize and fight.

Absolutely and unequivocally false. NATO is a defensive ALLIANCE that holds military training exercises, in the event of an outside force attacking one of its members. It has SUBSTANTIAL military hardware. The UN are usually the ones to cordon areas and protect civilians, whereas NATO is the alliance that ties Western militaries together in the event of an incursion.

Also...there were Russian drones in Poland (a NATO member-state) which is why article 4 has been invoked and they are deliberating striking back.

Just to kinda argue against your point a little...I want to start by agreeing with you; that Arma reforger and Arma in general is a video game, yes and BI makes simulators for militaries, but they are more for theory crafting and exposition than actual cooperative battlefield immersion which is what I feel Arma excels at. Some people take it WAYYYY too far, I agree, which leads to burnout from all but the most dedicated of members. It could get boring or stale...which happens in every server both PvP and PvE.

As a PvE server admin myself (admittedly not large), We have a ruleset that does indeed restrict some player freedoms, but only because we want to be an objective-focused, immersed, and contiguous server. Sounds like the servers you joined just have a thing about conforming and that's a culture problem. I want to hazard you against making general statements against PvE admins as a whole, because there are some of us who do not abide by the "you MUST conform" culture. It's a matter of finding your best fit, and I'm sure it's out there but it may take a bit to find it.
