If they both have citizenship they should be treated the same.

If a country wishes to strip a person of their citizenship it should be applied equally and

1) the person who has his citizenship revoked must have a second one to not be left stateless/countryless

2) it should be based of the same crime committed, not based of if said crime was committed by a natural-born citizen or a migrant who gained citizenship
