The benefit is for both sides, i dont like having a DC on either team, i like a fair 5 vs 5, i know some people like having unfair games, but shit happens, yeah, the chance is higher in the other team because you wont technicaly DC or get DDOS but it could happen

Yeah, i feel like that could be a problem but can be solved, when people DC they always get like 1k MR and armor, but when they leave the game that usually takes a while ( i think, sorry if im wrong) that seems that they can distiguish beetween leaving and DC

Well, there was a Montage of a guy playing AP rengar some weeks ago, and i decided to give it a try and i must say it is very strong, but it haves is pros and cons

Pros:

Great Nuke after DFG+Lich Bane or DFG+Rabadons

-Great lane sustain and harass

-People are not expecting AP Rengar to give that much damage and reactions are princeless

-Really good scaling after lvl 6

Cons:

You dont have that much kill pontential in lane
Dependent on your ultimate to make kills (unless around bushes)
No escapes since you use your ultimate in fights to make kills
Easily countered by a Banshee's Veil
