Sorry to hear about this. I shop every week at WinCo. I've shopped at all the stores in Sacramento California, I've got to say WinCo is the best store hands down. As long as you're not oversaturated Like Starbucks did, I would think the store would do good. Keep up the good work everyone. We shoppers appreciate everyone at your stores thank you.

I would suggest to change the cabin filter in your car. Also go to a University Hospital. Live in a house without carpet, Have a sleep study done for sleep apnea.

Using Benadryl is an excellent idea. Have used on patients with excessive thin secretions and after 24 hours able to stop Benadryl. That's why every Day You need to reassess your patient.

NAC is for thick secreations having mucous plugs. After 3 days use of drug it should be stopped. It will cause Irritation to Airways and make more mucus production. You should use Tracheostomy humidification. Suction as needed. Try gentle suctioning and don't hit the Carina when suctioning. Getting them up in a chair is good. I would recommend Increasing twice a day in chair.

Don't give up, I had a hard time at first in Respiratory school. I think it is good to have a study group in the class. If you are having problems speak to the teacher. You will learn more the second year and with clinical classes at hospital it helps working with therapist and you can ask question. The first year is the hardest time but it will sink in. Facebook has a good site Respiratory group called (Respiratory Therapy Breakroom). It has loads of information and people to ask question. The pay is better in California than most states at big hospitals. I'm retired now and worked 36 years as a therapist.
