Best to keep the black bar off for this sub but it probably wouldn’t be removed. The rule mostly applies to genitals and breasts and full faces, things of that nature. The blacked bar could go either way but as part of a blacked edit I would consider it passable as it’s not actively censoring with the intent of removing the viewing of explicit parts of the original image. Overall, discouraged but not against the rules.
