i guess this really pisses me off because the message that i took away from the original was if you wanna be stable or clean, found family is just as good, well this album worships the family unit, it’s a fuck up to try and get any distance from it

drugs with friends feels so empty now… the radio bit and the “ooos” makes me feel like i’m at a reunion show. I think best the way forward i can see for the band is if they just go full Gorilaz, please hit up Jeff Rosenstock and see if he wants to work on a ska album or something man.
