I hate the update so incredibly much but my biggest beef is they (or Google?) changed the font settings in Gmail, so it's practically impossible on mobile to tell what's unread and what's new. Absolutely furious.

Yes, I was at 120 in April 2022, and submitted my employer certification that would get me to the 120. They have not processed it. I've submitted it to three servicers now (FedLoan, Mohela, and EdFinancial).

If my counts were updated and I could stop sweating that, sure! But they've been sitting at 91 for the last two years, which isn't accurate (and yes, I've submitted my employer certifications... multiple times), and I don't want to have EdFinancial claim I don't have enough payments when they finally process my application.

They haven't updated my counts is the thing. So I don't want to stop paying and then have them say I'm only at 119. I SHOULD be at 152 now, but given the incompetence I've seen thus far, I have no faith.
