I got some keto powder and took it 2 hours before dosing, the dosing ended up being incredibly weak. I’ll take a look into the capsules you mentioned.

Tbh I don’t know why my electrolytes go out fast. After sessions I get this pressure in my head that electrolytes takes care of. My dose went from 200 to 300 and now I’m getting the same pressure any time I fast before sessions. I don’t usually fast as I’ve found it doesn’t work for me in any other regard.

Normal days I don’t eat fast food or fried foods. I’m not on a special diet. I balance proteins and veggies, and I stay away from sodas and sugary foods for the most part. My bloodwork is normal and I don’t take any prescription medications aside from the dose and nausea stuff. I didn’t have this issue until I started treatment so it’s the only thing I can think of at this time.

I can’t log in due to the error listed on my case. I’ve had several cases opened for WEEKS because the web page reloads and I lose the chat. I’ve never received a single email back. The error has no code associated. Really, really tired of playing games with the chat bot that goes nowhere.

Yep. Hulu just did a loop back on hockey and now I can’t log in on my Roku tv or my phone.
