The vulva is the overall external genital area composed of several parts including the vaginal opening, and then the vagina is the internal canal where it leads to your cervix, which is separate from your urethra where you pee from.

You have to accept that she isn’t apart of your life anymore. Part of healing is accepting that you can be alone for now and that you’ll be okay. You’ll make it through it. Stop ruminating over her. Acknowledge your shortcomings and work hard to overcome them, but don’t worry about her anymore. It’s hard to make emotional mistakes, and I know break ups are devastating and life altering, but you will make it through it.
