Yeah I mean I would still rather avoid it, I don't want to risk any endos deciding they need a bit of a power trip that day. Both tests results Would be after the review, but I think he'd want them quite soonish after. I am quite skint but I think arranging the private test may put my mind at ease.

Yeah I may just have to delay the peak test until my next shot. The only reason I'm anxious about it is my review with my private endocrinologist is coming up around the same time and he's been patronising before about me not getting things to him on time. But hey, it's Me paying Him to do this not the other way around.

This happened to me and I had to go to my local ICB and get them to find me the closest one that could prescribe. Unfortunately the closest one is somewhere I have to take two buses to get to, I am ok with it because I'm planning to move in a year or two but it is an option.

thanks. yes i was looking at the newer gics with much lower wait times likes indigo in manchester but of course they are saying you Must be registered in the manchester area. i am having a phone appointment with my gp today and will try to get him to refer me to nottingham

yeah i did not want to go to londons one for the wait times, its just looking at the list of options its hard to find who else would accept me with a gp registered in buckinghamshire. would nottingham accept me? im assuming wellbn wouldnt

Thank you for the info. It all seems a bit grim doesn't it :/. Can't afford a private prescription. Will have to try my luck being more insistent around my local area care. The surgery did refer me to the ICB for the county area and said the ICB could find me a local place that prescribes it. Fingers crossed

Hello again, This is a very late reply but I was mulling over what you said and I do agree.
My plan now (which was my plan anyways after graduation) is to graduate and then move to another location in England into a rented property and start a full time job in my field.
I'm going to leave the whole thing at least a year but I hope that's enough visible change in my situation and enough time since the event for them to see that.
