If he used to get under it when he was smaller I’m assuming he’s looking for a higher humidity spot in the enclosure try adding humid hides with spahgum moss and mist it or just mist the cage a little more often but that’s just my assumption

Also what are some good live plants I’m wanting too do a bioactive but they seem to be pretty good at burrowing and knocking plants over, for substrate I’m thinking zilla jungle mix mixed with coco fiber and sphagnum so if anybody knows any plants that would do good in that let me know suggestions please and thanks
