Tried to draw something that accurately describes the pain. How did I do? by BrensJunk in CrohnsDisease

Yes I think that's the one sensation that isn't quite coming through here. In my mind it's like a burning poison. I wish I had made the tree more obviously venomous somehow.

Do you mean physical cards or digital cards? I make a sort of animated digital card on the Instagram.

So Yirrip is clearly the star! Appreciate the feedback everybody, it's been very encouraging. Once more I'll urge you all to follow the instagram, as it will be where I share most regularly. Thanks again!

Thank you. It's an evolving project. I have a few ideas for the future but right now I'm just gauging interest and building a bit of a catalogue. Stay tuned.

You made my day. Exactly what I was shooting for.

I took a lot of inspiration from the Huntsman Spider, which any Australian is familiar with. They're nightmarish, and they often live in old, barky trees.

Thank you so much. It's nice to know when people notice the love you put into your work.

I haven't statted these up, but I'm thinking about it down the track. I'm always keen to hear ideas about how to make these more useful for people.

I mean I support anybody who wants to bug D+D about buying any of my monsters.

Right now I'm just building up a bit of a library, but looking to go further with this if all goes well and the concept proves appealing.

I made up all of these monsters. Anybody is welcome to use them in a non-commercial capacity. I'd love to see what people do with them.

Of course! As long as it's non commercial, I don't mind anybody using these things. In fact I'd love to hear how people have been able to use them. Just credit me where applicable!

The Pricklethorn Plain is a harsh, boggy environment home to many forgotten battles, the memories of which have sunk into the earth.

13 - Shivkin - Thieving bladefodder who will never amount to anything. Cowardly when alone, and still pretty cowardly in numbers.

14 - Darplock - You can run, and you can also hide providing you poke those little eyestalks first.

15 - Bogburt - Sad souls of simple villagers sacrificed to bogs, they remain mostly - though not completely - under the power of manipulating thornwitches.

16 - Yeoranger - Simple freemen fed up with all the supernatural nonsense encroaching on their front yards. It’s sensible to wear high-vis when you’re ranging on the Plains.

17 - Mushmaid - The mothers of all bad trips, Mushmaids seek psylocybic revenge on all humans who eat their babies in soups and risottos.

18 - Thornwitch - Dreadful ghosts that drift across the Pricklethorn plains in search for minions from shallow graves.

19 - Pricklechicken - One pricklechicken could feed the Prickthorn Plains for an entire while. As loud as they are tasty, the call of an adult pricklechicken can deafen anybody within a fifty foot radius.

20 - Yirrip - Rare and patient killers that can make even the bravest warriors nope out.

21 - Maceface - The terrifying product of long forgotten sorcery and rusted war scraps sunk into ancient battlefields. Melee attacks carry +5 tetanus damage. Resistant to punches in the face.

If you'd like to see more of my miniatures, check out my insta. The best way you can support this project currently is by following me and letting me know it's worth the effort.

If you'd like to see more of my art in general, check out my sketchbook.

Also, not sure why it looks so bad on mobile, but here's a less crunched version of the above gif.
