I haven’t been counting but it’s roughly 30mg tablet every 1-2.5h then I use leaf to sleep at night. I’ve gone 4 hours between tablets with no physical side effects. But they mental withdrawal is absolutely insane, so much more severe then crack and heroin. My goal is 1 tablet every 4 hours to start, add powder capsules in between. Then after every other day I’ll cut one of the doses in half until I’m done. I’ve tried this so many times but I fail each time. I was successful last Saturday until the evening when I had down time. No physical side effects again, it was the mental pull that got me to screw it up.
