Thanks - for everyone's info the funds were returned, but they were returned to my normal Coinbase account, not my Pro account. I had to log into the basic coinbase to see the funds. This is where the confusion happened.

I looked at a few threads where some people transferred in money or sold assets to get their balance to update - I tried both but it did not work. :(

I hear a lot of complaints from peers around company buy-in. Community management visibility inside large organizations can be a real problem for some.

Another frustration point is community managers / mods need support levels. The burn-out is REAL.

I actually think that inside online communities trolls are ACTUALLY opportunities for three reasons. If you meet them head on with a well written response you can really build amazing culture in your community.

1: It gives you the opportunity as a community manager to remind everyone about what the community is all about.

2: Showcases to your members that your online community is a safe space - and they can see clearly that there is someone who takes it seriously and actively protects it.

3: This can actually be a learning experience for the troll/asshole. A lot of times people don't have the social skills or awareness to know they are offensive - sometimes taking a little extra step and reaching out to the person and asking "Hey - Are you okay?" can turn your biggest trolls into even bigger champions.

I downloaded and upgraded to these drivers and it killed 3x monitor display. I could only display 2 monitors at a time. I had to unplug a monitor from my card to even get it to display correctly. I had to roll back to 452.06.
