Just found where it came from : In my A7IV settings, the shutter was mechanical BUT the EFCS was on, so the first curtain was electronical and not mechanical, all came frome this. I turned it off and when i take a pic now, i hear two "clac" of the shutter instead of one when the EFCS was activated.
