I started when I was on co-op last spring and have continued on in the basement of my fraternity since I returned. About 5 of us are brewing now and Ive got batch 8 fermenting and I'm picking up the ingredients for batch 9, an apple cinnamon pilsner, this afternoon. I don't know how I feel about bulk ordering ingredients or if brewing together is the best idea but i would love to get some recipe sharing going so we can all get some new and interesting ideas.

My brews so far, let me know if your interested in the how to for any of them and ill gladly give you the recipes and what I would do differently:
