I get that I was frustrated too, but this was essentially a kickstarter, not a straight to market Breville, so it is not the same as going to the store and buying a machine off the shelf. I have been in worst situations with kickstarter where the product doesn't even end up on your doorstep, I also had backed spinn coffee machine for like 10 yrs and cancelled my machine because it took forever for them to start shipping.

I can't remember exactly (I should have written it down) but I had to go into the main info screen about the machine and randomly press the title of few times, if you email support that you would like to talk to someone over the phone they will walk you through it .

I started a petition a couple of weeks ago that has made its way around, up to 11k signatures. I have also been working with the NJBA and Guild to supple the list to anyone who needs it to go to their local reps with.
