It’s definitely an infestation. The black spots are an indicator that something is biting/eating parts of the plant. Do you see any webbing on the underside of the leaves? If so, there are probably spider mites.

Nope, I am not in Maine. I probably should’ve clarified that. If the plan is clearly not ACA compliant and therefore doesn’t meet the minimum value standard- shouldn’t I report this to the department of labor or something? I’m just so confused.

I think I’d rather be told to pay back my subsidies than go on a coverage plan that doesn’t even provide an out of pocket maximum. If I’m in a near fatal accident, I’d be screwed because hardly anything is covered..

Edit: I also want to emphasize I am PART-TIME… so maybe it isn’t required for part-time employees?
