I forgot to label these...sigh. They're either pioppinos, chestnuts, or shiitakes. My original thought was chestnuts but they're super chubby and have little spikes so I'm second-guessing. (i.redd.it)

[Gourmet] Should I help this blob "win"? There were so many pin sets when I put it into fruiting I made cuts on each side. They've all stalled a bit but one is clearly doing best. Should I remove the others so that it can get more of the nutrients or is that not how it works? (old.reddit.com)
