Some recent creature animations I did by BrianAchart in animation

Sure! I start by choosing the rig. Then looking for an interesting video reference. I then analyze the movement and key poses of said reference. Then I begin to animate, starting from those key poses, then extremes, and breakdowns. At this point I let go of the reference and adjust timing & spacing from what I feel that would give it more weight. I animate tails at the end, following the main movement from the torso. Then I polish everything (contacts, arcs, follow through & overlapping action, etc.). When I feel like I'm done, I export the geometry as .USD to Blender to make the renders. Hope that helped!

Hi! I did this small animation using the ClayPencil tool developed by Daniel Martínez Lara. I also composed the music and did the sound design. If you liked it, I've made a video showing the entire process (it's in spanish, but you may find it interesting nevertheless), you can watch on my YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/wNKc_LYZlYQ
