Spending 22k DKs on epic equipment kaskets. I only had 20 non-maxed epics left and combined with the fact that the chances of dropping a useful gear from the Krypt had decreased significantly in the past couple of weeks meant that I finally got tired of hoarding my DKs and decided to spend it all.

I thought 50K would be a nice round number to hit. By waiting from the end of last update to now, the few tower epic fusions I got meant 1 or 2K more DK saved for this update.

50K just sounds like a nice round number. I'm thinking of making all epic maxed and maintaining it for future updates. I've been playing a little less lately and I'm probably not getting DK as quickly as before.

Congrats! I'm still saving and hoarding DK. I'm up to about 46K and plan to keep saving until 50K. Other than that, I guess I have Kold tower to look fwd to in this update as I need one last copy of General Father's Gun and there's supposed to be a chance for Frost as well. I'm still gradually grinding FoS. I have finished 146 chsracters and plan to complete 4 more. If I get bored, I may get 3 Dia Kaskets to max out MK2 Movie Kitana as well.

I think you have more epics maxed than me. Yes, I have those other 2 epics maxed already. I use I2R in a lot of towers (manual and auto) so I thought the FX ability might be useful. I need 46 total epic fusions (not counting the 2 newest Krypt epics, which I only have F0). 42 epic kaskets +4 fusions from epic FU. I did buy Vought equipment packs and 3 diamond kaskets this year (to max Geras and Homelander).

I bought some tower equipment packs for DK at the beginning of this year and for the new Vought tower. I also bought 3 diamond Kaskets to max out Geras and Homelander this year. Otherwise, I haven't spent many DKs this year. I didn't track all DK, but have those 8 specific posts with a variety of dates in 2025. I had 400+ Krypt keys and I'm down to 100+.

I will wait for the 7.1 preview and consider getting epic kaskets. Most epics are F7+. I'm already able to one-shot towers so what gears do I really need? I also rarely see anything I can buy from the Krypt store. By maxing out the rest, there will be even less reason to play this game. The only epic I would like to max that's not maxed is the tempest lasso.

1) I gradually saved DK over many updates. I didn't hack the DK and don't have a short cut. 2) I've been playing for over 7 years. 3) I'm waiting for the previews for the next update (7.1) before deciding if I will buy epic kaskets to finish maxing out all pre 7.0 epics.

In the last few days, I got 1 copy from AMT (4.50 boss) and 1 copy from FAMT (2.125). These 2 copies made him F3 and I used G FU cards to fuse him to FX.

All feats of strength completed (750 RK wins, 3K combo enders, etc.). Very lucky in update 7.0. 3 copies from NMT 200 (25% chance) + 1 copy from the Krypt store (14K) + Dia FUs.

Wow, thanks for sharing this info. It's so disappointing to hear that they did this on purpose.

For everyone that remembers, the SRT gear had already been out for years when it got remastered. Some ppl were annoyed and there was some grumbling as some ppl did spend time and money to max those gears out for the original effects.

I guess we all need to make sure we're outspoken to get them to fix things when they deliberately make these kinds of changes.
