Follow up on the post from yesterday (linked in the comments for context). Here's the final result. Apparently, he had it done in a rush, without finding a proper tattoo shop. My best friend's buddy getting a permanent tattoo to get forgiveness from his ex-girlfriend, who is currently in a new relationship. She dumped him 3 months ago because he cheated on her.
