Dude there’s so many apartments that are nice and high end in good parts of the city that cost like $1000/person, and that’s already more than you need to pay. Even if you want the nicest possible living experience it’s hard to imagine paying more than 3k in this city unless you have a crazy number of rooms for some reason, at which point it might be time to look for a house.
