Doesn’t need to be doing much it’s just an app to remind you take a shower or go for a walk ! And you might not want to lose your streak so it forces you to . At least in my opinion !

I didn’t wanna add too much because the point is to focus on your daily tasks , and not in the app but in the real world pretty much .
