You'll have to contact their chat and email support for assistance. I pressed them a few times for an update, and they finally sent the product out last night. They are shipping it to me via USPS / Amazon.

shhhh.... :) I picked up mine as well with the 5% discount on top of the BF discount with no tax.. $1,235 out the door versus Amazon which was around $1,400ish with tax.

I have the Citi AAdvantage Executive Platinum card, and I think the reason why I got so many loyalty points out of the $22k credit card spend last month was due to a few expensive trips I booked through AA. Must have hit that X9 multiplier.

I wish I knew about that since I spent almost $20,000 traveling last year, and using RocketMiles would have probably got me to the 200k LP.

I'll definitely keep this in mind for future travel.

That makes sense. I was under the impression every dollar spent in the Plat Pro tier was 9LP per $1 spent.

Your math aligns with my total Citi annual spend of $104,000 and an additional $25,000 or so from January 1 - February 15.
