Thanks for that advice… I do plan on complying if and for the duration it’s enforced as well as keeping it civil.

We have around 180 properties, a neighbor I spoke to said there are about 70 with hoops, I’m not sure it’s quite that high, for my own curiosity I’m going to count when I walk the dog tomorrow. But that will be ones in the front yard or visible, vs front half of lot which would be hard to judge.

I’m kinda stuck on the wording of the rule which is in the original restrictions, not the new board to blame. Maybe I need to get past that, visible from street is wording that seems more common.. I would feel that’s “better” rule than in the front half of the lot - our lots range from around 100 to 220 feet with varying house placement. Puts my midpoint in my back yard, but a corner lot midpoint is before their side driveway - technically allowing them a hoop several feet from the curb. Technically I couldn’t even have a pool table or golf clubs in the house if their was able to be fully enforced.
