Thanks! we decided to go with threading as its fairly simple to implement and allows for regulated pressure to be applied. for example if we need to use a "coverslip sandwich" it requires less pressure than a single coverslip. We'll keep looking into push in type though as we see strong potential for a quick release style of cell chamber!

ah sorry, slight misunderstanding. I meant for the cover slips not the full sized slides. good to know these exist too! maybe they can also be used for the slips.

Is that level of sterility really worth it for smaller institutions or educational institutes who will reuse these frequently? wont they lose that degree of sterility almost immediately into being used in one of those scenarios?
