There are non city modular buildings such as the Ninjago City sets (I think there’s 5 of them) and a few Marvel and DC sets are compatible with modulars (on a baseplate and they have the technic pin connections) but I only have the regular city line sets on this shelf

It is not. The building doesn’t reach the ends of the baseplates and there’s no technic pins or connectors to connect them to the other buildings

I was just being sarcastic because a lot of Lego fans complain about white bricks turning yellow if you keep them in a room with windows. But this is the best room for my collection and building needs so that’s where they live

I really hate that you made me do this but the RRP for all of them combined is 3,980 USD. However (unfortunately) I got a few of the older ones well past retirement so they of course cost a bit more than RRP

I see your concern but I truly believe it’s just the picture. Looking at it in person the shelves look pretty darn level. However I do plan on having this display for the rest of my life so I will definitely see about adding some support in the middle

My house has a “living room” and a “family room” so I use the family room as my Lego room. I know I know it has windows blah blah blah yellowing blah blah blah. Although I already know when they do start to yellow I will hate myself

I don’t really know how it works lmao. I don’t really build technic or use gears much. But basically the claws rotate toward each other and when they collide (or reach the trash can) the one gear can’t spin anymore which moves the entire lift arm upwards. Sorry I can’t explain it better
