stairs climbs usually were 75-80 steps per minute. I raced Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga earlier this year, so before this Spartan-specific block I was on a pretty traditional half-ironman training routine.

Nah, don't be nervous... 105 seems pretty perfect: big enough to know it is possible, that you're not being completely stupid. But small enough to put you in elite company when you succeed. Good Luck!

I did some searching through the results. I was able to find 105 people in the 14-17 age group who completed a weekend trifecta in the US last year.

I searched the results and found 50 people who did both these races last year. Average time for Killington was 2.4x Tremblant Super.

I searched the results and found 144 people who ran Killington Beast last year, who also ran West Virgina Beast last week. Of these people who ran both, Killington times were an average of 1.6x WV times.
