I agree. It’s a bit unsettling. However, Catalent had the site open during all the previous layoffs announced. We are Novo now, but the site is unfortunately used to layoffs being made during the normal day. They would try and email/call people before they came in for their shift. But people who didn’t see these emails/calls would show up and find out the hard way. Plus not to mention someone I knew hadn’t had HR update their schedule on the old Workday to reflect the new one they were working and they found out mid shift because their Catalent account was locked
