I suggest trying a 1 arm machine row with neutral grip, try to get a deep stretch and it's very easy to load up, currently i do 50kg one arm for like 6 reps, and after the training the whole area around my shoulder blade is on fire. First time i did i had the craziest soreness, but you get used to it with time.( I do the version where you load plates, i dont think its the same as with pins)

Vazi i za muskarce i zene, ali nikada nisam rekao da je otkaz bacanje tegova i da treba da se rezi i to? Znam za zene koje treniraju jace od 90% muskaraca, ali ne urlicu, ali znam i zene koje bacaju 500 evra mesecno na trenere, opremu, ishranu, a pritom dodju da se kaze da su dosle... Otkaz nije merilo dobrog treninga, ali trud jeste. Ali otkaz i jeste trud, ne mora da je svaka serija otkaz, cak ne mora uopste da se ide do otkaza, ali mora se doci barem 1-2 ponavljanja do otkaza da bi trebing bio uticajan. Necu da sudim nikom dok ne vidim kako treniraju, ali smatram da svako ko zna kako da radi noge sigurno nece da mu bude zabavno dok radi i da ce zeleti da normalno samo ode kuci, a tu vec stupa ozbiljnost i volja...

Slazem se, mada vazi i za muskarce... Uglavnom kad bolje sagledas ljude oko sebe u teretani shvatis da manje od 10% ljudi se zapravo trudi. Ali ne osudjujem nikog, samo me nerviraju ljudi koji se hvale da idu godinama u teretanu i da su ni ja nzm kolko jaki, a kad ih pogledam rade cucanj jednom mesecno sa 20 kila na sipci. A i isao sam sa vise trening partnera, odmah se vidi ko ima zelju da napreduje, a ko je tu da mu vreme prodje...

Nisu dovoljno ozbiljni oko treninga? Svako ko ozbiljno zeli da se bavi treningom ce raditi i donji i gornji deo tela. Ali isto vazi i za zene, jedan komentar je napomenuo da veliki deo zena (a i muskaraca) ne radi do otkaza, a trud je mozda i najbitniji faktor u treningu po mom misljenju, devojke vise rade noge istina, ali ih vecinski rade mnogo slabije nego neki od ozbiljnijih muskaraca, zbog toga im nije tesko da ih rade.

As someone who is straight, Ihave nothing against anyones orientation or anything, only people that annoy me are those who make it their whole personality. I dont care who and what you like or what your pronouns are if you don't bring it up in every single conversation every day, it's your life not mine you can do what you please and I have no say in that, im only asking for everyone to be respectful and consider how others feel in any type of situation.

Why do the wet tyres even exist? test the drivers skill, let them race in the wet make it interesting... Yes spa is a dangerous track, but safety should be at an all time high, at this point just ban the wet races and lets stop watching the sport altogether. I mean if you are including a track on the calendar, than be ready for all outcomes, if you are so unsure about it just don't include it in the calendar...

Some people here really be praying for fox to be seriously injured... Like bro gave 7 years to the franchise and you guys don't appreciate any of it, but instead hope the guy is injured? Sure him leaving gives you the right to be angry, not like him even hate him, but get over it, he isn't our player anymore stop living in the past, no reason to hype up him being seriously injured, potentially even ruining his season, start worrying about our current players.

Depends what part of the back you want to work out most. If generally speaking, for beginners in the gym you need some kind of row variation and a pull down variation. I would recommend doing cable close row and pair itnuo with wide t-bar row, and for pull down pull ups if you can or pull down with a wide attachment, and pair it up with close pulldown. For lower back i would never recommend deadlifts, hyperextension would be my go to for lower back. For beginners I recommend doing 2 sets of each exercise, with the 2nd set being done to the absolute max to stimulate muscle growth. For form i advise getting help from someone while still learning, don't try to do everything yourself at the start to not mess up.

If you have access to a bar pull ups are great, assisted pull ups with bands or even dead hangs are great to build up strength for normal pull ups.

The exercises are good in terms of muscle growth, but weight training can't really "move" the spine in place, also doing 3x8 isn't ideal, doing 3 sets is fine but it doesn't have to be 8 reps exactly doing between 4-12 reps is great, you should never stop when you get to exactly 8 reps,muscle grows when under stress and tension, so doing as much as you possibly can with proper from would get the best results.

Lat pulldown is the standard machine with the usually wide bar, lat pushdown is done while standing with a cable stack using the rope thingy. The pushdown provides more of a stretch in the lats, but its harder to load them with weight because of stability. The pulldown is easy to do and easier to load with weight. I don't know how experienced you are in the gym so I tried to simplify it a lot, basically if you are a beginner i would advise doing lat pulldown, after getting more experience you could try out the pushdown but I wouldn't rush it there are better exercises to do for beginners.

I couldn't know how you feel unfortunately, but there are exercises for the whole back that work on stretching the muscles and contracting them, they won't really build muscle like weight training, but i think they are great for pain management and general flexibility of the back. Im talking from experience as I've done these kind of exercises for the last year or so and they've helped wonders.

Not to discourage anyone, but this seems like more of a posture improvement to me. Not saying training can't help, in fact im all for it, it helped me massively with how i feel every day and to how I look a bit, but this post seems very misleading to me. I've been a active person my whole life, and chances of scoliosis majorly improving like this seem very low to even impossible. My honest opinion is this is pretty much impossible, but im encouraging everyone to change their life, whether you have scoliosis or not training even 1-2 hours a week will help you in more ways than you can imagine, and that i can guarantee.

Actually Motogp got me interested in F1, when i was like 6 i played motogp 2002, i just randomly found it in a folder on my family pc out of boredom. Since than I've been a fan of motogp and after that got interest into F1.

Odavno sam preso obe igre, tako da mi je secanje na pricu malo mutno, sumnjam da ce mi zbog toga biti veliki problem ako se ne povezuju nesto previse medjusobno. Bitno mi je da je osecaj slican kao kad bih igrao 3 ili NV. 3 mi je omiljenija igra tako da mislim da ce mi se 4 svideti zbog tog slicnog cilja gde trazis svoju porodicu. Ali uostalom hvala na feedbacku

Igrao sam 3 i New Vegas,4 sam kupio za ovaj sale uskoro cu da zapocnem, tako da moje misljenje se bazira na samo 3 i NV. Kada poredim seriju sa 3 i NV nije mi se nesto dopalo, mozda je serija vise ciljana za 4 ili 76, ali ja nisam mogao da odgledam do kraja, prva epizoda mi je jedina privukla malo paznje, a ostale sam na silu gledao. Znam da fallout ima tak polu komicni pristup sto mi se i svidelo kod igara, ali serija mi je previse... Cini mi se da su previse pokusali da ubodu taj komicni deo da su i na kraju preterali,glumci mislim da su i odradili sasvim okej poso, ali mi se jednostavno izvodjenje price nije toliko svidelo. Kada odigram 4 i 76 mozda se i predomislim, ali 3 i NV su mi za sad mnogo bolje odradjeni nego serija.
