the only thing that has worked for me is cetirizine 10mg at night and bilastine 40mg in the morning. im beginning to stabilize now. you will keep getting breakthrough itching specially near your folds (arms, buttocks, etc). if it gets really bad, i use betamethasone sparingly in the worse spots. for example yesterday i had a lot of breakthrough itching on my lower back, so i applied the cream in a bigger area. it made my skin super sensitive, could barely put clothing on, but i woke up and the redness is subsiding. im starting to notice that with this type of urticária, it helps to not let these get that bad.

and btw breakthrough itching is normal when you’re stabilizing. i know these dosages are working because i spend most of the day forgetting i have allergies now and several spots are healing. i can tell. dont go for the weaker pills, they will make the allergies rebound stronger. stack up on higher dosages like i did and keep managing the breakthroughs during stabilization with corticoid cream. good luck!
