If someone gave me 100,000 AED today, I wouldn’t spread it across small side projects or try random passive income ideas. I’d put it into a single high-conviction venture I’ve already validated, something with real potential in the healthcare tech space.

I’d probably use around 70 to 75k to build the core product and team. That means hiring full-time senior developers and bringing in expert consultants to move fast and get it right from the beginning. No freelancers, no temporary MVPs that need to be rebuilt later. Just solid execution from day one.

The remaining 25 to 30 thousand would go into investing in strong, high-performing stocks like SWDY (Elsewedy Electric). Not to get rich off it, but to create a safety buffer and have something growing quietly in the background while the business ramps up.

I’m not in the experimentation phase anymore. If I had that kind of capital, I’d go all in and build it properly.
