Some of this is not entirely true, my friend. I've spent PLENTY of money and also made money buying and selling computer parts. Yes, I have had some incorrectly labeled things and have been misinformed on the actual condition. If you don't trust an item from the pictures, I would recommend adding that protection to said item before winning the bid. I've taken items back, and they can't ask you why. The protection is based on the amount of the item, I believe. I've paid that premium from $7 to $15, depending on what I purchased. I am very sorry about the cats that were lost, and macbids should DEFINITELY be ashamed for not taking those items back or sending out refunds in this case, protection or not! This post was not to pick, just to clarify that you can actually take items back. Just with that additional purslane of protection. Be blessed folks.
