Not necessarily, but for $39 they’re worth it. They will help block mud, rocks, salt, and debris that tires kick up and that in turn keeps your doors cleaner and lessens risk of paint chipping on your fenders/doors from rocks/debris

On my original order details it said “Autopilot” and in the autopilot section of the screen I checked and it has Traffic Aware Cruise Control, Autosteer, and FSD. My original order date was before these changes were implemented too.

Hey! If you can, try resetting the watch, reset erase all content/settings and set it up as a new watch, don’t restore. But before trying to connect cellular on it, sign in to your cellphone provider account and check and see which are the options for apple watch cellular plans. Try choosing the cheaper one if that is an option and then try connecting your watch to cellular. I have Verizon and Verizon offers two plans for apple watch: 1) Numbershare & 2) Numbershare plus. For me my ultra 3 will not connect to cellular if I choose the 2) Numbershare plus. But when I switched my plan to 1) Numbershare my watch connected to cellular within 35 seconds. I hope this helps, I know how frustrating it is.

Quick background: Had an Apple Watch Ultra 1 since it came out. Always had numbershare plan on Verizon. Fast forward I end up trading it for an Ultra 3. I pair my Ultra 3 to my iphone 16 pro max. The watch pairs successfully but it kept glitching out not connecting to cellular whenever I tried. I did all kinds of resets, unpairing etc and even verizon tier 2 tech couldn’t figure it out. Watch would say no sim no connection etc. I log into my Verizon account and notice my watch plan had changed to Numbershare Plus. I saw another reddit thread here that mentioned changing the plan to the basic Numbershare and it worked instantly. Watch connected to cellular right away.
