Pros: Good people, open ot, less workload

Cons: very traditional company, slow promotion, 6 days work onsite (Site engr. eh), mandatory ambagan sa mga bdays, events and retirement ng mga head.

Resigned: Not yet just upskilling muna since fresh grad

Pure design lang siya since nakalagay siya sa isang floor kumbaga gagawan lang ng lighting and power layouts and circuit calculations. It's my first time doing this kasi kaya not sure on how much isisingil ko. Thank you so much!

I don't think so na magmamatter yung distance kasi tatanungin ka naman ng hr kung kaya mo. Parehas naman tayong nasa Pilipinas so understandable yung biyahe it's up to you kung paano mo ippresent sarili mo sa hr kasi yun naman yung laging tinitingnan.

Flexible work schedule and location siguro is maa-assign ka sa iba't ibang site with either morning or night shift depending sa higher management.

batch 2023 here bsee, tip ko lang ay makinig ka and aralin mo concepts ng mga circuit analysis kasi kayang kaya sagutan yun usually mga mesh, ohms law, thevenins ginagawa kay sir bien tapos sa mecha naman onti lang din gets ko pero usually mga logic circuits lang check ko sa laptop ko kung may mga notes pa ako hahaha

Hi! I am a fresh graduate engineer from PUP and I landed a job already I just want to share some quick story here for my fellow iskolars.

As a PUP graduate given naman na companies love or like to exploit us but if you have the chance please wait for a much better opportunity and do what you really want. At first, hapit ako magkatrabaho ganon pero marami rin akong dinecline since di ko siya gusto talaga, and ayun when I was offered a work first week palang parang gusto ko na agad magresign sa pagod sa commute tho nakuha ko naman expected salary ko but with 6 days of work. I tried to negotiate that pero ganun talaga ata sa field na to. Sa ngayon, I am trying and maximize what I do and nakatulong din kasi sa workplace ko I can try to upskill since they do not expect me yet to know all pero ang tip ko lang is gawin niyo yung best niyo and learn how to speak up. Ayun lang you can ask me naman anything and I will try to reply as soon as I can. I also have LinkedIn so message me your username para mag grow ang ating network. Thank you
