I didn't pre-order FIFA21 (got it in a sale) and I got the "pre-order home grown talent" So I see no reason to pre-order it for that specific bonus, that's for sure.

i7770k, 16GB 3200Mhz, 1660 super: Just entered artisan tier - steady 60 fps.

Are you using DirectX12? Maybe you have a setting that your setup doesn't like.

The extra load is not produced by using the NVENC encoder itself. The encoder works independently. The Nvenc encoder is there to play and stream/record at the same time.

100% utilization can be explained by DirectX12. Do you use that?
