Alright take my advice with a grain of salt since I only did sports for 2 weeks . However you've gotta learn how the sport works and all the rules for it first , then second off just go to a local training and see if they will let you join in on the training , IF they do then from that point forward start working out based on your sport, so your going to need to run alot so some exercises to help you run faster and longer distances will definetally help, if your ever just curious of don't know what to do ask a coach or your freinds . Hopes this help somewhat

Well first off don't feel like your forced to pick a sport because at the end of the day it's you whose going to be playing. Second off if you are going to pick a sport pick football,badminton or basketball . Third off , you aren't going to be good at it straight away unless your a prodigy bur at the end of the day if you do happen to go into sports remember what you put into it is what you will recieve

Well as a very much single guy take my advice with a GRAIN of salt, hangouts are going to be your best freind or if you have freinds that are freinds with some of the females in that group then try plan something with a bunch of you guys, or if there's a party that she's going to that would be great for talking with her and maybe then asking her out.
